We do not refund once the order it is being processed or if the product has been shipped. Make sure what is your favorite product before to buy it.
2. Could I return a product and get my money back?
We do not accept returns UNLESS the product is damaged or if is a different product from the one you purshased. If this happens, please contact us within the next 30 days of receiving your product. Here with more details:

For orders within the USA, it could take between 12-22 business days for delivery. If after that time you haven´t received your product, please contact us by email.
